Yes... we accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. We also accept payment through Google Checkout and Paypal.

Does SPA have a return Policy?
Yes.. we give a 30 day money back (or exchange) for any NEW products. If you are not satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days and we will issue a Return Authorization. Returns for any other reason than "Defective" or "Damaged" will result in a 10% restock fee and non-refunded shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping also.

Does SPA ship internationally?
Sorta... certain products make it almost impossible to ship internationally. Such items as speaker cabinets and large mixers are very costly to ship outside the US. Please contact us directly if interested in a certain product to be shipped outside the US

What shipping agencies do you use?
We generally use Fedex and UPS for all shipments. For some products we may use USPS when allowed.

Are online payments secure?
Absolutely! If using Paypal and have an account with them, you will be protected under their Buyer Protection Policy.
If placing an order directly on our website, your payment information is hidden and not stored. Even SPA will only see the last 4 digits and Verification. The sabaturproaudio.com website is scanned weekly for any security issues. These scan are provided by Control Scan.
If placing an order by phone, all credit card information is directly input into the website where again, we only see the last 4 digits of the payment.
